1. Service

Virkley provides AI-assisted tools to convert floorplans into 3D models, reports, renders and virtual tours. Features and plan limits may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to use any floorplans or content you upload.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload content you do not have rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans and usage fees are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or on your plan page. Trial periods convert to paid billing unless cancelled in time.
